The story behind Nourish Box.

Nourish Box started with a simple problem many parents will recognise: finding lunchbox snacks that are convenient, made with ingredients you feel good about, and actually get eaten.

As a mum of two, I wanted to feel good about what I was feeding my children while still offering variety. But supermarkets don't make this easy - and between work, family life, and busy schedules, I didn’t always have time to discover new options.

So I created Nourish Box - better kids snacks, thoughtfully selected, and delivered to your door. We're making lunchboxes a little easier, and turning what was once a chore into something exciting.

Are the snacks in a Nourish Box healthy?

Every snack is selected using a simple Nourish Box standard focused on recognisable ingredients, limited added sugar, and options you can feel good about. We focus on balance and realistic everyday choices.

Will my kids actually eat this?

That’s exactly what we consider when curating each box. We include a mix of familiar favourites and new discoveries so there’s always something your child already knows and something new to try. The goal is snacks that don’t just sit in the cupboard.

What comes inside a Nourish Box?

Each box contains a curated selection of kid-friendly snacks including:

  • Crunchy snacks
  • Fruity snacks
  • Sweet treats
  • Familiar favourites
  • New products to discover

We know different textures are important for kids, as well as including both familiar favourites and new discoveries. Every box is slightly different to keep lunchboxes and snack time interesting.

Is this suitable for all ages?

You know your child best, but our boxes are targeted toward children aged 3-10.

Do you cater to allergies?

We know every family is different. If your child has allergies or dietary requirements, please get in contact beforehand, and we'll do our best to accomodate if possible.

Orders & Delivery

How often do the boxes change?

We regularly update the mix so families can discover new snacks and avoid repetition. We're taking on feedback from our families - at the moment we are looking at approximately monthly changes.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Not yet — but this is coming soon. For now, each box is released as a limited release so you can choose when to purchase.

How does ordering work?

Nourish Box is released in limited batches:

We do the discovering and curating for you - so you can spend less time reading labels in-store and more time enjoying easier, stress-free lunchboxes.
