How many snacks are in the first box?

The Founding Families Box - our first limited release Nourish Box - has approximately 30 snack serves. That's enough for a week's lunchboxes for two children, with extras left over for after-school or weekend snacks.

Why I started Nourish Box.

Nourish Box started from a simple frustration: the daily challenge of finding lunchbox snacks that were both convenient, balanced and offered a bit of variety.

Like many parents, I wanted to feel good about what I was feeding my children while offering variety, but between work, family life, and busy schedules, I didn't always have the time to discover new options.

Nourish Box was created to take some of that pressure away, bringing together a variety of lunchbox-friendly and better-for-you snacks in one convenient box.

What is Nourish Box?

Nourish Box is a curated snack box designed to help reduce the stress of daily lunchboxes by including a mix of snacks with a variety of textures and flavours, prioritising whole ingredients.

What comes inside a box?

Each box includes a curated mix of snacks across different categories such as crunchy, sweet, fruity, filling, familiar, and something new to try. Contents vary to keep every box interesting - we all know that's the key to kid acceptance!

How many servings in a box?

The first Founding Families box will have approximately 30 snack serves. It's been designed to cover a week's worth of lunchboxes for two kids, plus extras. As we build and gather feedback, the plan is to offer different size boxes to cater to different families' needs.

When will the first box be available?

We're currently finalising our first Founding Families Box and expect it to be available soon. Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know when orders open.

How much will it cost?

We're currently finalising the contents and pricing of our first box. Waitlist members will be the first to receive full details before launch.

Who is Nourish Box for?

We created Nourish Box for busy parents who want to remove the mental load of children lunchboxes and snack planning. Whether that's the daily lunchbox, after school or weekend snacks.

Is this suitable for kids?

Yes - Nourish Box is designed with families in mind, making it a convenient option for lunchboxes, after-school snacks, and everyday variety. You know your kid best, but generally most (if not all) our snacks will be suitable for children 3+.

Are the snacks healthy?

We focus on a balance of tasty and nourishing options. Some items are wholesome everyday snacks, while others are more fun discovery-style treats. We promote food neutrality, encourage "listening to our bodies", while prioritising whole ingredients.

Do you cater to allergies?

We will do our very best! Please state this when you place your order - and if for whatever reason we can't create a box that we'd be happy to give our kids taking into consideration your dietary requirements, then we'll process a full refund.

Can I choose what's inside?

At launch, boxes will be pre-curated to ensure we can provide the best service and experience to you and your family. Customisation may be introduced later based on demand.

How often do the boxes change?

Variety is a big part of what makes Nourish Box special. We'll be curating new snack selections regularly, with a mix of familiar favourites and new discoveries. Founding Families will be the first to hear about upcoming boxes.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Not yet - but the plan is to introduce this in the future! We want to make sure we can really take the thinking away for you, with boxes delivered at interval that suits you and your family. We just want to make sure we've got everything nailed before we launch this.

Can I reorder if I love it?

Yes. Our goal is to release new Nourish Boxes regularly, each featuring a fresh mix of snacks. Founding Families will be the first to hear about future boxes and reorder opportunities.

Why should I join the waitlist?

Waitlist members will receive early access to our first Founding Families Box, launch updates, and the opportunity to help shape future Nourish Boxes.
